It's so fun to wait for certain things:
a trip,
Christmas morning,
a bonus check,
a new baby,
family coming to visit,

an announcement from Apple about a new IPAD!

While I WAS Having a Birthday,
Amy and Calder and friends were doing this: 7 mile hike in and back with the reward of a hot springs....
