Chef Allen Tries a New Recipe from You Tube....

Cabbage topped with hamburger which has been mixed with some tasty ingredients, topped by a tasty sauce and VOILA!  
 
Very good; will he do it again?  That remains to be seen.  I helped him, and it was quite a lot of work.  So, we'll see if it is worth all the work.
