Thankful Every Day 3

Mobility....

Each week, RAH and I visit Sylvia; she is confined to a bed (once a wheelchair, but now she pretty much is in bed all day.)  Every time we walk out of the nursing home, I am reminded what a glorious thing it is to:

WALK,
MOVE ABOUT,
GET IN AND OUT OF A CAR,
ANSWER A DOOR,
STAND UP,
SIT ON THE FLOOR,
CLIMB,
WORK.

Aug 2012 - Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone...we just happened to talk to these people from Guangzhou, China...

So, today, my heart is filled with gratitude for mobility!
