H.E.A.L.T.H.
Last night I learned that my neighbor has
breast cancer.
What a blow for her!
So, today, and every other day, while we have our health, I give thanks for that.
While I WAS Having a Birthday,
Amy and Calder and friends were doing this: 7 mile hike in and back with the reward of a hot springs....
